What is the European Day of Languages?
The European Day of Languages has been celebrated every year on the 26th September since 2001. This year marks the 20th anniversary celebrated at the Council of Europe.
On this day we want to promote:

The rich linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe

Lifelong language learning in and out of school
